Job Description

Looking for candidates with good communication, presentation and team management skills. Previous experience in telemarketing / telesales / outbound calling / client servicing would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties

Having the ability to identify potential clients, generating the leads, manage existing customer relationships, understanding the requirements of the clients, providing an appropriate solution and closing the leads.

Lead generation via calls & mails & handling all the direct queries generated through online portals, website and other platforms.

Achieving Sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business.

Understanding on all the development platforms and digital marketing interface.

Interacting with new & existing clients using Tele conversation, Emails and chats.

Coordination with designer and developers for client project completion.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
