Position: Business Development Executive- IT sales

Locations: All states of East and North India
CTC : 2.00 Lakhs annually (Fixed + Variable)
The pressure will be on to meet their respective monthly target of Rupees Two Lakhs and the following would be their deliverables:
• Visit potential customers for new business
• Provide customers with quotations
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Review your own sales performance
• Graduate from any stream from a recognized university.
• 1- 2 years of work experience in Sale of IT services/products.
• Should have bike and laptop.
• Excellent communication skills
• A confident and determined approach
• Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection
• Self-motivation and drive
• A competitive streak
The process of recruitment desired is as under:
1. The agency has to circulate the induction video link/study link and presentation to the candidates and should then conduct the initial screening at their level.
2. The screened candidates would undergo a technical test through a link provided by us and on successful completion of the second hurdle, they would be telephonically interviewed by Easypay Mart.
3. The finally selected candidates would be taken on 1 day telephonic induction by the Easypay mart backend team and would be put on 3 days of field induction where they need to complete 50 surveys of business units. On successful completion of the survey, they would be taken onboard.
