Job Description:

1) Do calls on a daily basis.

2) Maintain the database of the clients and report it to the concerned person.

3) Researching organization and individuals online to identify new leads and clients.

4) Developing quotation and proposal.

5) Negotiating and Renegotiating by email and phone.

6) Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

7) Work according to the client requirements and do a regular follow up.

8) Ability to close the deal individually.

Candidate’s Requirement:

• Any graduate with recognized university can apply

• MBA in marketing should be preferred

• Prior experience in event management company would be a great advantage

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.

• Must be good in negotiation techniques

Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
