Roles and Responsibilities-

Oversee all aspects of planning and execution of end to end Business Development activities.

Innate ability to sell virtually Anything and Everything

Make cold calls, fix appointments with clients and be a Hard Core Foot on Street

Build strong relationship with clients

Value added and solution selling to B2B clients

Develops the right strategy to win deals based on our USPs

Account management of clients

Responsible for customer's expectations & customer satisfaction

Work on international leads.

Requirements:

Solid Business Dev / eCommerce and IT Sales / Account management background

An MBA degree would be an added advantage

Should have good contacts across industries for eCommerce,mobile app,CRM/ERP related projects

Good understanding of business case building & financial modeling

Prior sales experience in working on deadlines and meeting targets

Should have very good communications (both written & verbal)

Experience in negotiating large value business deals

Fluent with CRM tools, presentations, spreadsheets and any Sales related tools/software

You are Self-driven & actively take on challenges

You love working with teams - big or small

You are passionate about what you do and live for your ideals

You can manage and guide people who do not report directly to you

You are keen to learn new things and work in a dynamic, agile environment
