2. Share the Day Plan to Sales Team Through (whatsapp)

3. Prepare Plan According to Partywise to Achieve Goal(sales & Collection)

4. Placing Order for Existing Customer & New Customer (daily)

5. for Existing Party Sample ¤t Rate List

6. to Assume the On Time Collection and Deposit of Cash & Cheque. Collection Bending

7. Routine Market Visit with Minimum of 40 Sales Calls and 30% of Productive Calls.

8. Visiting Customer & Non-customer is Mandatory

9. Execution According to Day Plan with Report

10. Daily Sales and Collection Report.

11. Weekly Dbr Floor Shop.

12. Weekly Dbr Rice O/s Receivable.

13. Competator Details About Rate, Brand, Volume, Credit Details and Samples.

14. Increasing the Sales Quantity and Customer Count Based On the Potential

15. Implementing the Sales Strategies & Targets of Our Company.

16. Routine Market Visit with Minimum of 40 Sales Calls and 30% of Productive Calls.
