• Qualification - MBA/ B.Tech. in any discipline C.S.E./ I.T. / E.C.E.

• Skills - Good Communication and presentation skills.

Interpersonal skills and Professional demeanor ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

Pleasing personality with high confidence level.

• Responsibilities - To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals

Follow up on customer enquiry and leads generated.

Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service.

Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis and thereby retain them.

Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.

Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services.

Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads. Number, value and income target achievement.
