Job Credentials:

Make sales calls for the purpose of Identifying and capturing all revenue opportunities, expanding knowledge base of customer business/objectives and requirements, building meaningful value-added relationships, selling the value of ISHAN products/services and solutions and work toward establishing partnerships.

Penetrate and close new business opportunities.

Build and cultivate relationships to maintain and grow revenue in all accounts.

Use data, research and insights to create constructive tension with clients and lead them toward a ISHAN solution.

create cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Sell product mix as appropriate to ensure success with an emphasis on digital solutions.

Engage internal experts and support.

Communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes.

Create demand for all ISHAN Products, Services and Solutions.

Effectively work through internal processes and procedures to support optimization of Reporting and Sales

Submit all planning and call reports as required.

Position : Feasibility Coordinator
Job Description :
Empower is portal to receive all feasibility and our role is to close Feasibility within a timeline with
least capex and efficient connectivity.
Check the Feasibility for new connectivity of all the communication services (e,g –
DLC,NPLC,ILL,PRI,MPLS) in SDH Media and Microwave media as well.
• All Wireless Product Feasibility Conduct by TTL – GIS (Geo-graphical information System.)
Portal.
• Coordinating L2 Survey in UBR P2P & P2MP Cases.
• Basic knowledge of RF-UBR, RF-LBR (SDH, PDH), Fiber, copper, TCL Network media.
• Quick support extension for LM modifications like change of BTS/MUX/IPs through accelerated
feasibility support.
• Co-ordination to increase productivity and performance.
• Planning for feasibility with least capex and efficient connectivity.
• Participation in Daily tracking mechanism of link requirement to avoid repetition of work.
