Job Description

1. Plan marketing Strategies and branding Activities

2. Prepare innovative ways to reach out to colleges and increase the business

3. Approach to the colleges for events, negotiate on the deal and get the approval

4. Engage with clients on emails/calls

5. Make the colleges understand our proposal; since they are seeing this for the first time.

Required Candidate profile

Good interpersonal communication skills, negotiation and convincing skills

Persistence and patience to work with multiple clients across functions, to get work done.

Strong team coordination & leadership skills with ability to coordinate across functions and organizations and ensure the colleges understand the concept

Should have passion for sales and marketing.

Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

Open for freshers, however candidates with experience will be preferred.

Should have knowledge of college events, and strong personal contacts in colleges
