Willingness to travel. (Travelling is for attending pre-fixed meetings with CEOs & Head HRs, attending the training programs anywhere in India. Average days of training would around 4-5 per month. The travel would be by flight / 3AC. Pick up & drop and stay would be borne by the company.)
