Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Selling and promoting online matrimony solutions to pre-generated leads by assessing their requirements

2. Regular interactions with the client ensuring follow-ups and client engagement

3. Building and managing strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs

4. Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them

5. Searching, screening, shortlisting, establishing contact & initiating meeting between members

6. Meeting & generating leads for customize/offline matrimony solutions
