Responsible for Account Management and Recruitment Delivery

Involved in full Sales Cycle

Identification of new business opportunities & retention

Negotiation & Contract Management

Acquisition of new clients/accounts

Account management

Team Management (Recruiters & BD) - Responsible for Team Productivity and

Profitability

Managing both Temp (blue collared and white collared) and Perm Staffing Business

Handling the entire recruitment process for Non - IT clients - sourcing, interviewing,

validation, closure, candidate engagement and onboarding

New client sign up

Existing client management

Client Meeting

Team Handling

Delivering services on time to clients

Market Analysis

Payment Collection

Brand Development

Business plan & sales strategy development
