Job Description

WHAT YOU WOULD BE EXPECTED TO DO:

Liaising with other divisions (especially with the IT team)

Ensure smooth communication/ operations overall

Prospect and obtain orders and establish new accounts

Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key customer stakeholders

Conduct market research with a view to developing new clients, partners, services, products, distribution channels to increase sales

Work with internal team to develop proposals, concept notes, presentations as required

Lead sourcing, data analysis, reporting and presentation to support strategic decision making

Develop, manage and be responsible for end to end operations/ client satisfaction and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs/ events/ seminars

Showcase progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Quick learner, self-motivated, work well under pressure and tight schedules

A problem solver

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and people skills with the ability to build relationships

Basic commercial awareness and demonstrate advanced business acumen

Proficiency with MS Office

Ability to handle multiple portfolios and be mobile (open to travel)
