job Details:

1) Locate New Business Opportunities By Communicating and Visiting with Prospects and Clients

2) Lead Generation, Using Your Sophisticated Understanding of Social Media and Various Online Technologies, to Identify Key Prospects

3) Ongoing Account Management, Including Client Contact with all Managerial Levels to Figure Out a Candidate's Fit for the Assignment and Viability to Support Specific Current and Future Client Needs

4) Serve as An Industry Advisor to Clients as It Relates to Staffing and Marketing Trends in the Digital Marketing and Creative Fields

qualification We Need:

1. At-least 2 Years of Business Development Experience in Domestic Staffing Agency.

2. Must have At Least 2-3 Clients with Him, and His Own Database of Clients Whom S/he Can Approach,

3. Must have Very Good Communication Skills and Good English Proficiency.

4. Must Be Good in Networking and Has Strong Network On Social Media like Li

5. Must Be Aware of Domestic Recruitment Market and Getting Contracts Signed.

6. Can Work from Home Without Much Supervision and Any Kin of Disturbances.

7. Can Dedicate Full Attention to Work and Can Start Performing from Day 1.
