Job Description

- Manage and interact with customers for lead generation.

- Responsible for exploring new partners and alliances nationally and

in accelerating growth & achieving desired objectives

- Develop business through cold calls to new and current leads

- To identify potential customers, create and close new business

opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.

- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads

with face to face presentation

- The candidate should independently be able to prospect through email

campaigns , cold calling .

- The candidate should interact with potential clients in the Top C

level, Manager and Director Level Executives and generate leads.

- The candidate should be highly self-motivated and willing to learn

in the Lead generation Field.

- Generate business through client relationship management. Cold

calling and co -ordination with clients and constant communication

shall be major duties in the job.

- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company

capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams

- Arranging Corporate Meetings with the purchase manager.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing &

negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business
