7- Instant Chat with the Lead if Necessary.

8- Scheduling the Appointments. Follow Up with the Prospects.

9- Assist in Buying the Service as Well as Present Essential Documents E.g. Nda.

10- Closing the Deal.

11- Handover the Projects to the Project Manager.

12- Follow Up When the Project is Underway.
