Job Summary
The person will work with senior management to bring new business opportunities, setting up sales target and meeting them aggressively. Looking for a person who can support in talking the company to the next level by bringing excellent sales strategy and processes in place. The candidate should be able to work in a small team in startup environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstration of the IT Services, articulately and confidently
Cold calling, email marketing and sales, pitching and winning projects on platforms like up works, freelancers etc.
Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending Industry events
Developing effective sales plan using sales methodology
Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of IT Services, both before and after the sale
Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional services and upgrades
Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
Managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily, weekly goals, monthly and yearly goals
Contributing to team or progress meeting to update and inform colleagues
Maintaining accurate records
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Reviewing sales performance
Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication and IT fluency
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Time management skills
Negotiation techniques
Any graduate, Preferably BBA and MBA
