Responsibility:

To Call the Candidates & explain Training Process effectively

Should interact with the customers regarding the Training program which we conduct here .

To Counsel the Students about different Training Modules and make them choose the right path

Once they done with the enrollment should schedule the classes for the candidates according to their availability .

Should be productive .

Must flexible to work with rotational shift .

Should Maintain patience with the customers .

Should be loyal to the work and role .

Must be regular in reporting to office and publish daily reports

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Male / Female Graduate with Good Communication in Tamil & English

1 - 2 Years of Experience are most preferable

Prior experience as a BDE / Telecaller or similar.

Graduates/post-graduates with Pleasing Personality

Basic Computer Knowledge

Good Convincing Skills

Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.

Benefits :

Salary Range : L to L per annum.

Will get promotion after 6 months .(According to the performance )
