The HR Personnel should have hardcore experience in Recruitment in BPO sector. He/she should have excellent knowledge about Job portals & proficient on resume search through Job portals & using search engines. Candidate must have Excellent command over English communication both oral & written.
Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals, databases, Mail Blasting, Employee References and Self-Data Bank etc.
Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company.
Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
Follow-ups with candidates.
Candidate from Consulting (BPO/ITES) Experience Preferred.
Should have at least 2- 3 years experience in BPO recruitments.
Go Getter with never give up attitude.
Self-Motivated & Target Oriented.
Flexible and Courage to challenge his / her own ability to deliver under pressure.
Good in PR & Networking.
Excellent communication skills.
