Roles & Responsibilities:

Providing information about different visa/migration processes over calls and emails as well as via face to face interactions

Candidates have to deal with the clients who are looking for PR and Other Visas among various other countries.

Assessing the candidate's profile against eligibility criteria of various visa and immigration categories

Successful handover of the registered clients to the operation/paralegal team for further processing

Consulting the clients for different options of their migration/settlement needs

Provide consultation to potential & interested clients.

Maintaining the relationship with clients

Regular follow-up with them

Updating the client on the status

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent command in English

Strong Customers relationship and convincing skill

Should be able to handle client's telephonic & face to face queries, Walk-ins as well.
