Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivating and well-spoken individual to join our sales team. The Executive will be responsible for working on the leads provided by us, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. One should be able to close sales and meet targets.

:

- Communicating with the customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

- Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.

- Answering potential customers questions and sending related information through emails and WhatsApp.

- Good conversion of inbound leads.

- Keeping up with the product and services information and updates.

- Maintaining the CRM.

- Achieving the weekly and monthly targets.

- Staying informed about the competing products and services.

- Willing to work 6 days a week.

- Experience in the same industry (E-commerce, SAAS products) would be an add-on advantage.
