We select our new joiners as Business development executive and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management . `Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-8 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):

Stage 1: Business Associate

Stage 2: HR Trainer

Stage 3: Crew Leader

Stage 4: Assistant Owner

Stage 5: Strategic Business Unit Owner
