Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Understand sales funnel, conceptualize, design and implement.
Lead generation through exhaustive Market Research, cold emailing, email campaigns and social media.
Lead Generation (Owning the leads) and enhancement of database quality.
Ability to write compelling email pitches, scripts, proposals and lead generation program plans.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Building CRM and or ECM/CMS/Content Management skill.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Montage solution will speak to those needs.
Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Work with the Senior Management to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly /quarterly revenue goals
Manage data for new and prospective clients in excel sheet, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documented
Responsible for and oversee group mapping, contact building, appointment setting targets etc.,
Should have strong people management skills.
Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multitasking and task prioritization
Adept at presenting over online tools like WebEx, GoTo Meeting, Skype etc.
Present in depth analysis of the campaigns and search for areas of improvements through articulating new strategies.
Find upselling and cross selling opportunities to existing clients.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Candidate should have minimum 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience & Knowledge of the IT Technologies.
Experience in developing a lead pipeline from the ground up including cold calling, building new accounts and increasing sales in existing accounts.
Excellent communication skills - phone and email. Excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals.
Must not be technology/statistics shy as the role requires a lot of understanding of high-end technology and statistical techniques (you are not expected to code but have clarity on what the rest of the team is working on).
Experience in the ITeS industry would be preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. (Mandatory)
Excellent telephone and selling skills & should be Target Oriented & must be comfortable in International client interface.
Candidate Exposed to US Sales OR US outbound will be plus.
Accent neutralization for international market would be a plus.
Understanding of offshore software services model will be a plus.
