Job Summary

The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

Responsibilities and Duties

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Qualifications and Skills

Must possess strong customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Must have good negotiation skills

Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Must be detail-oriented and an active listener

Ability to work under pressure

The candidate should have his own bike.
