We are hiring for a leading consulting company in India.
Experience : 1-5 years
Location : Remote/Hybrid
Work days : Monday - Friday (Weekend off)
Shift : US/UK working hours
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all form of demand generation activity- Cold calling, email campaign, Linkedin social media, events, seminars, referrals, web leads and other forms of Lead Generation.
- Responsible to connect target companies decision makers to influence them to work with potential targets to match the requirement / capability and set up qualified meetings.
- Responsible to coordinate activities with those of other teams in Marketing / Sales to effectively reach out to decision makers.
- The role demands basic understanding of the AEC (or Civil) space, customers and competition, and the ability to translate this knowledge into setting up meetings with prospects or prospective clients.
- Good Communication, Global Mind-set, & Cultural Adaptability.
- Easily approaches strangers, thick skinned (handles no), takes ownership, persistent, ambitious, empathetic, accepts uncertainty, strategic orientation, problem solver.
- Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.

- Ability and ambition to thrive in a fast paced sales environment.
- We are looking for candidate who has proven sales experience in US and UK engineering sales or sales in AEC product(s) and has excellent communication. Candidate who has domestic sales experience or international sales experience in engineering sales may also apply.
