2- The sales executive must be eager to communicate be it via telephonic, text or email, with clients when needed.

3- Strong communication skill and negotiation skill are expected from the professional.

4-Contact leads via eMail/Phone/Skype. Discuss and convince leads to avail our services.

5- Explain transparently about our industry .

6- Share necessary documents as per the lead's needs.

7- Instant chat with the lead if necessary.

8- Scheduling the appointments. Follow up with the prospects.

9- Assist in buying the service as well as present essential documents e.g. NDA.

10- Closing the deal.

11- Handover the projects to the project manager.

12- Follow up when the project is underway.
