Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect a potential technology product buyer (business to business) to technology provider (re-seller of technology products)

• Dial out from re-seller/end-user database (well researched by ZINFI in-house data research team) and invite the prospective buyers/partners for a conference call on a technology product category/partnership program

• Utilize the ZINFI database and ZINFI’s rapid dialed software to make at least 120 daily calls to leads that have responded to our own internal marketing efforts

• Follow up with ALL email “read opens” and “click-troughs”

• Qualify prospects using a qualification script and capture notes and set tasks between interested prospects

• Use our automated system to follow up with all the registered prospects a day before established webinars with our system released emails and phone calls.

• Follow up with the prospects who couldn’t/didn’t attend the appointment and try to reschedule them for future date & time

• Submit call report daily on number marketing activities to the Team Leader.

• Enter detailed call disposition reports into ZINFI’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
