Maintaining Weekly & Monthly audit reports.

Conducting refresher sessions for operators

Auditing calls and sharing feedback on regular basis.

Conducting refresher training.

Creating and publishing reports based on the performance of the advisers.

Analysis and finding the best possible solution to the loop holes.

Conducting assessments at regular intervals in order to check the product and process knowledge of advisers across different department.

One on one coaching for those advisers who are non-performer.

Educating adviser on different parameters of Quality through Interactive Videos.

Dealing with Pre and Post Sales queries of the customer.

Up/Cross sell of the product on calls.
