Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Formulating and Implementing high impact strategies to target new business opportunities and markets

Interface with global teams for development of new business model as per the requirement.

Study and Matching client needs as per our service.

Should be able to manage and guide the BD team in terms of planning and monitoring their work.

Should be able to study competition and generate strategic business plans to achieve targets.

Formulating and Implementing high impact strategies to target new business opportunities.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;

Personal network at Senior Management level within major national and multinational companies.

Risk assessment that addresses critical business issues.

Strong pipeline management skills.

Ability to working in a fast growing and dynamic environment

Ability to navigate an entrepreneurial environment

University graduate, preferably with a Business degree

Foreign language skills at a native/bilingual level, plus fluency in English

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experienced:-1 to 2 years.

Candidate should have experienced as :-

Business Developer

Sales Marketing,

Telemarketing.

Lead Generation

Marketing Executive,

Personal Characteristics:

Hunger to develop new business tenacity and persistence

Constant over-achiever, highly competitive, creative and solutions-oriented

Must be self-motivated, passionate, and have an entrepreneurial spirit

Enjoys challenge and a fast paced international corporate culture

Strong presence with solid influencing skills
