Job Description

Implementing company processes and procedures.

To audit the implementation of the procedures of operation of the company.

In addition to audit, receiving the reports from the branches and the H.O., checking them and reporting the discrepancies or highlights of these reports.

In case of deficiencies, to interact with other branches and to get the deficiencies corrected.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and train them for continuous improvement process.

Training the staff at all levels on systems and procedures.

Remarkable organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Expert in business process analysis

Act as main point-of-contact for branches and internal teams in addressing process-related enquiries.
