Meet with business representatives to gather business requirements and document detailed business requirements.

Translate business requirements to IT Business requirements (use cases, process flows, wireframes, storyboards, functional specification documents, etc)

Work with Technical Resources to ensure full understanding of requirements is obtained

Work with quality assurance team to ensure all the requirements can be implemented and testable

Advise business users and technical resources on alternative business and process flows

Validate the implemented products to ensure they are meeting the requirements

Standard Senior/Mid-level business analysts skills

Experienced in running requirements sessions with business representatives and operates independently

Experienced in writing use cases, functional flow diagrams and wireframes for UI.

Domain knowledge:

Experience in Property and Casualty insurance industry is necessary and personal lines experience is a plus.

. Should have exposure in to Duck creek tool.

Duck creek Policy administration and policy lifecycle process

Insurance Agent and consumer portal experience is a plus

Ability to work with diverse set of resources with varying degrees of professional experience

Ability to work in agile and iterative software development methodologies

Familiarity with requirement management tools.

P&C Insurance solution implementation

Worked closely with the technical team, helped them to understand the business requirements, and suggested ways to make proper changes.

Analyzed and resolved the configuration issues raised by the Quality control team
