Job Description

Exp. Range : 2-6 years

Notice Period- Maximum 15 days (Immediate Joiners)

Days – 5 days working (Monday To Friday)

Shift Time : 2.30pm to 11. 30 pm IST - Cabs are provided within 15 KM radius post 9 pm shifts.

Job Description

. Should have experience in cold calling, Generating leads through email and cold calling

. Experience of dealing with clients in UK market in RPO industry

. Strategic planning to acquire clients in UK RPO industry

. Client Management ( From requirements to proper payments)

. Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality

results.

. Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients

. Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.

. Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures.

. Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent

workers in a timely and professional manner

Skills Needed:

. Excellent command in verbal and written communication skills (No compromise on this please)

. Willing to work in UK shift

. Excellent Negotiation skills.

. Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.

. Must have positive attitude

. Proactive and innovative thinker

. Candidates with experience in recruitment industry (RPO) will be given preference
