A fiberglass buffer is tasked with buffing and polishing products. The buffer uses their hands along with tools and machines during the buffing process, the buffer might also trim, cut, or otherwise adjust components so they come together properly. Must be able to hold buffing machine for extended periods of time.

Buffing operators are required to work independently. They must be able to operate air washer, change buffing reel, clean buffing shed and lift heavy objects. They are also required to use hand tools and power tools. Buffing operators must wear headset when using hand jack machine. They must also wear tyvek suit, hair net and respirator. They are required to buff strainer body, flow plater, bonnet cap and trim. Buffing operators must have good hand coordination. The operators are required to use chemical compound. Operators must be able to operate Brice on repair table. They must also use scales when weighing parts. Each finishing buffing operator is responsible for supporting the companys mission statement and the overall business objective.
