ensure that the Branch Staffs Constantly Strives to Realize the Co-operatives Manan, Sadhana and Adhere to The

spiritual Foundations and Ensure the Compliance of Co-operative Act and Bye-laws.

manage the Market Research Activity for Both Branch Expansion and Product Development.

branch Establishment Monitoring and Roll Out of Financial Services By the Co-operative.

developing Annual Business Plan and Budget for the Branch Products and Services, Client Growth, Credit Needs, Cash Flows, Profitability; and Indent Funds Accordingly to Be Done in Every February for the Ensuing Financial Year.

set Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Targets for the Customer Service Providers in Consultation with the Regional Manager (rm) and Ensure Branch Achieves Its Overall Targets. Monitor Performance of the Branch in Achieving Its Targets and Analyze Variations from Targets and Report to the Senior Management. Support the Senior Management in Decision Making On Target Setting.
