Job Description

To ensure achievement of agreed upon sales targets

• To analyse the financial needs of the customer and suggest the right solution

• To act upon leads passed on by Operations Dept.

• To look for and seize opportunities to expand the network circle and gain business

• To ensure compliance to all IRDA & company regulations (Ethical Selling)

• To follow – DISHA (Need based selling)

• To pitch in for closing a sale as and when required by peers

• To guide, coach and monitor newly joined peers and work as a mentor to them

• To effectively coordinate with the internal customers for the smooth login of a proposal

• To update system, database & MIS tracker on daily basis
