Job Description

To ensure achievement of agreed upon sales targets

To analyse the financial needs of the customer and suggest the right solution

To act upon leads passed on by Operations Dept.

To look for and seize opportunities to expand the network circle and gain business

To ensure compliance to all IRDA & company regulations (Ethical Selling)

To follow DISHA (Need based selling)

To pitch in for closing a sale as and when required by peers

To guide, coach and monitor newly joined peers and work as a mentor to them

To effectively coordinate with the internal customers for the smooth login of a proposal

To update system, database & MIS tracker on daily basis

To consistently achieve / exceed sales targets by converting the leads passed on by Operations Dept. into customers

To carry out ethical selling and act as an interlink between the customer and the company by providing timely & adequate operational, sales & after sales
