BRANCH MANAGER

As a Company Branch Manager you have an opportunity to create a work environment that fosters the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing leadership and training to a team of Loan Specialists. You will lead your team in every facet of direct consumer lending; including business development and sales, credit underwriting, and client servicing.

The Branch Manager job responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, training, managing, and retaining of the best talent in the market.

• Growth of the overall revenue of the branch.

• Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to ensure productivity and goal achievement.

• Conducts regular branch meetings to ensure branch and individuals are adhering to key indicators that directly impact the revenue and forecasts of the branch.

• Identifies opportunities for further expansion of services amongst current client base.

• Responsible for overall profitability of the branch through direct sales to existing and prospective clients.

Role Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of lending, leadership and/or related experience

• Proven track record of developing and coaching high performance sales and customer service teams

• Excellent communication skills that demonstrate the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
