Job Summary

The primary role of the sales personnel is to sell banking products (loans) to MSME segment. The role will involves sales through channel partner and direct selling.

Job description

· Responsible for selling Business loans,

· Manage relationship with channel partner and achieve individual targets

· Interaction and liaison with the banks..

· Evaluate client profile to check the credit suitability

· Evaluate and customer profile and suggest the right product.

· Responsible for branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

· Ensure that the branch meets its targets.

Qualification and Skills

Graduate Post graduate

6 to 8 years of experience in Banking Sales

Exposure of working in NBFC or Banks in Loan Division is mandatory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification : Any
