Hires, Trains, and Monitors the Performance Od New Insurance Agents. Provides Updates to the Regional Manager Regarding Operating Results, Insurance Trends, and Competitor Methods. May Provide Guidance On More Complex Issues. Develops New Business Through Selling and Marketing Activities.
