· To ensure all equipments deployed at the unit are maintained & in use, as per the Standards defined by 3S.

· All Customer responses to any grievance, query, feedback is required to be logged, shared & responded with 24 hours of receipt

· To ensure staff deployed are retained & do not leave, by resolving their grievances mutually, thus controlling attrition within the Branch.

· To ensure that store requisitions are received in time & a consolidated indent for stores is sent to P&L department based on the budget allocated for the Branch.

· Stores are delivered in full, as per requirement & date allocated for stores to be received onsite on or before 7th of every month

· Overall responsible to submit signed copies of attendance sheets & job cards of all clients, within the Branch, on or before 2nd of the month.

· To co-ordinate & ensure 100% invoicing & timely submission of Invoices (on or before the 5th of every month) with all necessary attachments, follow up & ensure Invoice for all extra services are raised to clients.

· To ensure Debtors days do not exceed 45 days.

· To ensure that our staff do not wear the uniforms from their residence to the unit.

· Ensure that Audit rectification and NC received are resolved with the specific time schedule.

· Responsible to ensure that recruitment is done as per required growth of business.

· Ensure all salaries to all staff are paid through bank accounts.

· Develop prospective clients and generate new business as per business plan.

· Maintain & Control expenses to manage within budget allocated.

· Monitor unit performance by tracking expenses & working constantly on improving the GP with cost control measures.
