Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Representative / CSR / Voice Caller / Process Associates

Process: Non Voice / Email Chat/ Us Voice

Responsibilities and Duties

Roles and responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to take up client calls and respond to the client queries

• The candidate should be able to monitor, track and understand the customer problem and give them appropriate solutions

Qualifications and Skills

Skills:

• Excellent communication in English ( Verbal and Written )

• Client servicing skills

• Ability to work in day/ night or rotational shift

• Both Fresher’s as well as Experienced candidates can apply

Educational requirements:

• High school or Equivalent

• Fresher’s and pass outs can also apply

Candidate should have excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
