Job Role: Customer Service Representative / CSR / Voice Caller / Process Associates

Process: Non Voice / Email Chat/ Us Voice

Responsibilities and Duties

Roles and responsibilities:

The candidate should be able to take up client calls and respond to the client queries

The candidate should be able to monitor, track and understand the customer problem and give them appropriate solutions

Qualifications and Skills

Skills:

Excellent communication in English ( Verbal and Written )

Client servicing skills

Ability to work in day/ night or rotational shift

Both Freshers as well as Experienced candidates can apply

Educational requirements:

High school or Equivalent

Freshers and pass outs can also apply

Candidate should have excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
