Job Description

Responsible for assisting in growing sales through outbound calls to the customers for lead generation.

To identify the portfolio of the prospective customers (Annual Income & Equity in IP Process)

To build the customer relationship by handling their queries. (In case of any).

To categorize the prospective leads and pass on to the Operation Team.

Skills Required:

Should have min 6 months of experience in International Outbound Sales or Lead Generation (Experience in Australian Process will be preferred)

Should be Smart, Confident & Expressive

Should have Excellent communication skills

Should be a quick learner and self motivated

Should have convincing skills

Job Profiles (Hotel Process):
1. Handling customer's queries related to Check-In & Check-Out procedures, Check-Out bill settlement & other queries.
2. Handling customer's grievances related to room services, hotel's staff behavior & hygiene issues during the stay.
3. Co-ordination with Hotel's Owner to address customer's issues & complaints.
4. To provide guest feedback to concern person in Hotel.
5. Responsible to handle mails & calls from guest & Hotels.

1. Good verbal communications in English & Hindi
2. Problem Solving skills
3. Enthusiastic & soft skills
4. Ready to work in Rotational shift (Only Males)
