Job Description:

• Manage overall International BPO (Back Office/ Email/ Chat) Process Operations.

• Should be able to manage team of 15+ agents.

• Good understanding of Domain, Operations, Quality management and SLA frameworks.

• Excellent Stake Holder Management and People Management Skills

• Possess Good Interpersonal Skills.

• Monitoring daily production & agent performance to meet client SLA

• Communicating with the client for day-to-day production queries along with leading client calls

• MIS creation (Should have experience in creating various reports & analysis)

Skill-Set required:

• Has good interpersonal and communication skills (English written and verbal)

• Possess a positive attitude and enjoys multi - tasking

• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment

• Should have the ability to change priorities quickly as time-sensitive need arises

• Able to adapt to a fluctuating work flow, particularly during periods of high volume

• Strong computer skills including a fundamental understanding of MS applications & Internet
