Shift : 6 Days working, rotational week Off, 24/7 Shifts

Compensation : 6 Months to 1 year experience (15100 CTC ) and 1+ years will be 17100 CTC.

About ISON BPO

Job Profiles (Hotel Process):
1. Handling customer's queries related to Check-In & Check-Out procedures, Check-Out bill settlement & other queries.
2. Handling customer's grievances related to room services, hotel's staff behavior & hygiene issues during the stay.
3. Co-ordination with Hotel's Owner to address customer's issues & complaints.
4. To provide guest feedback to concern person in Hotel.
5. Responsible to handle mails & calls from guest & Hotels.
