Vacancy for customer care Executive in Snapdeal

Experience Fresher+ Experienced

*Gross Salary-13k plus 1k* incentives

Joining - Immediate

We are looking for some customer care Executive for the process of Snap deal. Candidate should be Excellent in English. And 21 days is training period; training stipend is 300 per day.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. A professional approach in answering calls and provides information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressed thereof.

2. Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.

3. Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressed.


Minimum 10+2 with 60% marks

Fresher/Experienced both will consider.

Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

Ability to handle the pressure.

Computer skills.

Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

Rotational shifts.
