• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in the English Language.

• Must Be a Quick Learner

• Confident in Building a Conversation

• Intermediate Experience with Ms Word, Ms Excel

• Should Be Client Service Oriented.

• Should Be Willing to Work in Voice Based Process.

• Should have Good Grasping Power

• Should Be Ready to Work in Night Shifts

duties & Responsibilities:

• the Specialist is Responsible for Verifying Patient Insurance Coverage, to Ensure Necessary

procedures are Covered By An Individual’s Provider.

• Accurately Enter Insurance Information Into Computer System.

• Maintain Clear Communication with Insurance Companies.

• Answer Phone for Incoming Calls, Make Outgoing Calls and Assist Call Center as Needed.

• Maintain Strict Confidentiality of Patient and Center Related Business.
