Job Description

Handling training in person and over video conference on English language to improve overall communication to the new joiners

Monitoring calls with respect to V&A, Language, customer service, phone etiquette and US culture sensitization

Providing feedback to employees. Coaching them to enhance their performance

Identifying individual training needs and conduct refreshers

Actively work with the operations team to better the quality of employees’ performance

Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach

Facilitate transition of employees from Training to move into the work environment

Conducting V&A interviews to check the suitability of the candidates

Designing and preparing training modules
