Job Brief

A Boutique Manager is responsible for managing the sales, operations, asset protection, function of the boutique to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability.

Job Description

• Greeting customers.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product.

Sales forecasting.

• Answer customer’s questions.

• Responsible for effective conversion of walk in customers.

• Responsible for Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and plan


• Responsible for maintaining the necessary reports, metrics and database.

• Responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the showroom as per the organisation's brand requirement.

• Responsible for Visual merchandising at the showroom.

• inform customers about discounts and special offers

• Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.

• Maintain stocks.

• Co-coordinating with production team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills .

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Fashion design

• Experience 0.6-1 years’ experience in sales

• Female candidate Preferred.

• Job location: Nayana, shivaji nagar
