team leadership and management:

conducting performance reviews, coaching sessions, and providing ongoing product and sales technique training.

creating effective weekly work schedules and managing payroll for the boutique staff.

store operations and administration:

overseeing all daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale (pos) systems management.

managing inventory control, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks.

handling administrative tasks such as reporting, banking, and maintenance scheduling.

visual merchandising and store presentation:

qualifications and skills
