Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation, submission of documents, and obtaining approvals of all city proposals.
Gathering relevant information through networks of all city-related projects.
Preparing reports, concession reports, correspondences, representations.
Co-ordinating with co-architects and Liaison managers and officers for obtaining NOCs from BMC depts.
Organizing and holding discussions, PRO related matters with BMC personnel.
To prepare the list of preliminary requirement for submission of applications to MCGM/ Govt
Responsible for Liaisoning with all Government Departments like BMC/ Mantralaya/ Revenue/ Mhada/ MIDC etc.
Day to day complete supervision and control over the workmanship of different agencies connected with the project
On-site and off-site coordination between the architect and other consultants, contractors, and developers, etc.
Liaison for all other utilities related to project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have a fair knowledge of D.C. rules & other rules & regulations, ULC Act
Should be familiar with the procedure for obtaining approval for various projects.
Knowledge of MS Office.
