Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Bakery Chef to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and a passion for creating delightful pastries and breads.

As a Bakery Chef, your key responsibilities will include:

- **Baking Items:** Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes. Ensure all items are baked to perfection and meet quality standards.

- **Menu Development:** Collaborate with the team to create and innovate new bakery products. Incorporate seasonal ingredients and customer feedback to enhance the menu.

- **Quality Control:** Monitor the freshness and quality of all baked goods. Maintain high standards for cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery.

- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of stock levels for ingredients and supplies. Assist in ordering and receiving ingredients to ensure smooth operation.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient baking process. Share techniques and tips to enhance team skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of experience in baking and should have completed at least 12th grade. We prefer male candidates for this position. You should be detail-oriented, have strong time management skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Creativity in baking and an ability to follow recipes accurately are essential. A willingness to learn and adapt is also important in this role.
